36

5. MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC

Diane Habener, 385 Linden Way, minority representative on the
Pleasanton Ridgelands Executive Committee, requested a
reimbursement for the mailing of the minority report on the
Pleasanton Ridge. She stated that at the last Executive Committee
meeting it was decided that the Committee would mail its report to
members of the board and Councilmembers. The minority committee
also asked to include its report in the mailing, but that was
denied. Therefore, the minority committee had to pay between $180-
$190 for the mailing.

Mayor Mercer instructed Ms. Habener to present the receipts to
Ms. Acosta and stated that the City would pay the reimbursement.

Robert Cortz, 262 W. Angela, asked how the Ridge Committee was
funded and what the dollar amount had been spent on this project.

Mayor Mercer replied it was funded by the City. Ms. Acosta
added that there had been some consulting expenses paid for by the
Ridgeland property owners. Ms. Acosta agreed to develop and
provide an estimate of the City costs in assisting the Ridge
Committee.

6.
