Phillip Wheeler, Brown & Caldweli, 3480 Buskirk, Pleasant Hill, declared he was the consultant on this matter and would answer any questions needed. There were no'question from Council. There being no further testimony, Mr. Mercer declared the public hearing closed. It.was moved by Mr. Butler, and seconded by Ms. Mohr, that Resolution No. 92-14 be adopted, based on a review of an initial environmental impact study done for this project and on a finding that no significant environmental impact would occur as outlined in the City's guidelines and on further finding that a negative declaration is appropriate in connection with Pleasanton's source reduction and recycling element and household hazardous waste element of Alameda County's integrated waste management plan.
