SPECIAL AND INFORMATION REPORTS <br /> <br /> Item 7a <br />Minutes from the Staff Traffic Committee Meet~q of December 5, <br />1991 (SR92:22) <br /> <br /> Mercer Mayor stated that he was concerned about the <br />intersection at Blackbird and Willowren. He indicated that the <br />cars speed through that area and the City has placed a crosswalk <br />there for the security of those walking. He requested that this <br />be placed on the Council agenda. <br /> <br /> Mr. Tarver asked for staff to check the timing on the signal <br />at Quarry and Valley Avenue. <br /> <br /> Ms. Scribner added that the signal at Hopyard and North Valley <br />Trails also needed to be checked. <br /> <br />Item 7b <br />Update on Activities of the Mayor's Affordable Housinq Task Force <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer asked staff to send a copy of the update to all <br />Affordable Housing Task Force members. <br /> <br />1/7/92 <br /> 21 <br /> <br /> <br />
