Zoninq for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />pevelopment - Hiqh Density Residential District) (IR92:55) <br /> <br /> Mr. Tarver asked if the surrounding neighbors were notified of <br />this change. <br /> <br /> Mr. Rasmussen indicated that a notice was sent to all property <br />owners within 1000 feet of the site and to his knowledge staff had <br />not received any response. <br /> <br /> MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCILMEMBERS <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer indicated that Steve Kranhke had resigned from <br />the Park and Recreation Commission. Mr. Kranhke is moving out of <br />the area. Mayor Mercer opened the application period for <br />application to the Park and Recreation Commission. <br /> <br />9. CITY COUNCIL COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> LAVWMA/TWA <br /> ABAG <br /> ACAP/ACTEB <br /> Alameda County Waste Management Authority <br /> Alameda County Transportation Plan Committee <br /> Mayor's Affordable Housing Task Force <br /> Tri-Valley Transportation Council <br /> League of California Cities <br /> <br /> Mr. Tarver asked how the Council would feel in taking <br />financial hit from the State all at one time, if given the <br />opportunity, or would prefer the hit over a period of time. <br /> <br /> Ms. 'Mohr stated that she attended the Tri-Valley <br />Transportation Council meeting for Mr. Tarver the previous week. <br />She indicated that there was discussion that the Santa Rita and <br />Hopyard interchanges were going to be used as the south access <br />point for development.
