She stated that Council had one workshop that brought forth Mayor Tarver's ideas and changes and Councilmembers were to bring back their ideas. She felt that a workshop should be held when all of the members' ideas and changes could be presented at the same time. There was general discussion on the timing of the workshop. It was moved by Ms. Scribner, and seconded by Ms. Mohr, to table Item 8g and 8h, to be discussed at a January 12, 1993 City Council Workshop.
