(California <br />Reflections) <br /> <br /> This item was removed from the agenda. <br /> <br />Item 6b <br />Application to amend recorded maps for Tract 6442, Verona, and <br />Tract 6515t Verona II, to allow conversion of 21 open parkinq <br />spaces to qaraqes on a 151-unit townhouse development located on <br />the southwest corner of Stoneridqe Drive and West Las Positas <br />Boulevard (Lot 24-Hacienda Business Park) (SR92:470) <br /> <br /> Mr. Mercer declared the public hearing open on the <br />application. <br /> <br /> Ken Kruze, Signature Properties, attended the meeting to <br />answer any questions that Council might have. <br /> <br /> There being no further testimony, Mr. Mercer declared the <br />public hearing closed. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Butler, and seconded by Ms. Mohr, that <br />Resolution No. 92-216 be adopted, approving the amendment to the <br />recorded maps for Tract 6442, Verona, and Tract 6515, Verona II; to <br />allow conversion of 21 open parking spaces to garages on a 151-unit <br />townhouse development located on the southwest corner of Stoneridge <br />Drive and West Las Positas Boulevard (Lot 24-Hacienda Business <br />Park). <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mohr, Scribner, Tarver and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Item 6c <br />AP-92-19, Tract 6563, Curtin Construction Company (Oak Tree Farm) <br />Appeal of the decision of the Planning Commission denying an <br />application to subdivide an approximately 91-acre site into 55 <br />single-family lots and one, approximately 41-acre open space lot <br />located at 8015 Foothill Road. Zoninq for the property is PUD <br />(Planned Unit Development) - Rural Density/Residential/Low Density <br />Residential District.
