199 <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Mohr, that busses be accommodated off of <br />Main Street during the reconstruction time; busses are to continue <br />to use Main Street as a regular route until reconsideration is <br />needed. <br /> <br /> The motion died for lack of a second. <br /> <br /> Ms. Mohr was not prepared to adopt a historic preservation <br />program until she knew what form it would take. She would consider <br />adoption of the historic preservation ordinance once she had more <br />information. <br /> <br /> Mr. Iserson confirmed that the ordinance would come back to <br />Council once the program is established. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Mohr, and seconded by Ms. Scribner, to <br />amend Condition 39; replacing "adopt" to read "consider" a Historic <br />Preservation Program which is to be brought back to Council for <br />approval. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Mohr, Scribner and Vice Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: Mayor Mercer and Councilmember Butler <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Mohr, and seconded by Mr. Tarver, to <br />approve Planning Commission Recommendation No. 1, (modifying Staff <br />Recommendation No. 6), to allow two-way traffic on Division Street <br />temporarily during construction. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Mohr, Scribner and Vice Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: Mayor Mercer and Councilmember Tarver <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Mohr, and seconded by Mr. Tarver, to <br />approve Planning Commission Recommendation No. 2, (modifying Staff <br />Recommendation #22), to state that the plan to refurbish the front <br />yard of the museum needs further review. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Mohr, Scribner and Vice Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: Mayor Mercer and Councilmember Tarver <br /> <br />11/17/92 25 <br /> <br /> <br />
