It seemed as though the owners feel this <br />operation is the most convenient way of dealing with the problem. <br />Staff is researching a fee schedule which will increase the charge <br />each year for the same property owner. <br /> <br /> Ms. Scribner declared the public hearing open on the <br />application. <br /> <br /> There being no testimony, Ms. Scribner declared the public <br />hearing closed. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Mohr, and seconded by Ms. Dennis, that <br />Resolution No. 93-48 be adopted, approving the Weed Abatement <br />Program for 1993. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Dennis, Mohr, Pico, and Scribner <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Mayor Tarvet <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />04/20/93 5 <br /> <br /> <br />
