Ma~o: Modification for Joseph Callahan/Callahan <br /> Property Company (PUD-90-10-2M} <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Mohr, and seconded by Ms. Dennis, that <br /> Ordinance No. 1592 be adopted, approving a major modification to <br /> PUD-90-10, Palomino Place, as filed under Case PUD-90-10-2M. <br /> <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Dennis, Mohr, and Scribner <br /> NOES: Councilmember Pico <br /> ABSENT: Mayor Tarver <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> Item 6b <br /> FUD-Sg-5, The DeSilva GROUP <br /> <br /> This item was continued to the May 4, 1993 Regular City <br /> Council meeting. <br /> <br /> Item 6c <br /> Item 4h <br /> Final Map, Subdivision Aqreement and Improvement Plans for TraCt <br /> 6545, California Reflections. Kaufman and Broad of South Bay, Inc. <br /> (SR93:143) <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift presented the staff report. <br /> <br /> Mr. van Gelder described the left turn coming out of the <br /> development, going towards Livemore. <br /> <br /> There was general discussion about the traffic conditions in <br /> this area and alternate routes that can be taken. <br /> <br /> Ms. Dennis was concerned that the future residents of this <br /> project will find this inability to turn left inconvenient and <br /> protest to Council. She asked if it were possible to have the <br /> applicant pay for signalizing the intersection at a later time. <br /> <br /> Mr. Roush explained that if Council found this to be a <br /> concern, it would be appropriate that a condition to the tentative <br /> map be implemented requiring the developer to deposit the amount in <br /> question or to bond for the installation of the signal. <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift explained that the reimbursement agreement between <br /> Kaufman and Broad and the City of Pleasanton would be coming to <br /> Council at this time. <br /> <br /> There was general discussion on the various agreements between <br /> Mr. Irby and Kaufman and Broad. <br /> <br /> 04/20/93 4 <br /> <br /> <br />
