152 <br /> <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Dennis, Mohr, Pico, and Scribner <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: Mayor Tarver <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> Mr. Pico asked that staff bring back to Council a draft <br /> resolution which endorses this project and states the continuing <br /> support of the City for the Kaiser facility. <br /> <br /> Item 10b <br /> Approval of Subdivision AqTeement and Lena Term {Growth Manaqement) <br /> Aqreement for Kottinqer Ranch Unit ~3 {Westbrook Housing Group; <br /> Tract 6023) (SR93:154) <br /> <br /> Ms. Scribner requested that the Growth Management portion of <br /> this item be continued because the Committee is still working with <br /> the developers on this matter. <br /> <br /> Mr. Pico stated that he would be agreeable to extending the <br /> Subdivision Agreement only for a short period of time. <br /> <br /> Ms. Mohr was concerned with continuing this item. She <br /> believed that the requested extension should be granted to avoid <br /> conflict. She felt that it was inappropriate to tie both matters <br /> together. <br /> <br /> Ms. Dennis did not object to continuing this item for 90 days. <br /> <br /> Mr. Elliott explained that the best period that construction <br /> is entering into is now.
