Mr. Pico directed staff to draft an amendment to the lapsing provisions of the Growth Management Ordinance to reflect the comments made by the Mayor and of Section D. He too, was not interested in going back to those projects who have vested tentative maps. Ms. Scribner agreed and was willing to serve on the committee. Ms. Mohr felt that developers should participate on the committee. Ms. Acosta indicated that she would soon be meeting with Channel 30 to discuss the costs of these services. Mr. Bocian stated that the newsletter could begin immediately and would most likely be shown on Channel 37. He further explained that Channel 37 is primarily used for Pleasanton news. Gary Purnell, 2472 Via del los Milagros, and Robert Cordtz, 262 West Angela, spoke in support of this proposal and believed that it will bring about more participation from the community.
