Zoninq for the property is PUD <br /> (Planned Unit Development) - HDR (Hiqh Density Residential) <br /> District. (IR93:29) <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver, Ms. Scribner and Mr. Pico expressed concern <br /> about projects looking differently than what was originally <br /> approved. Mr. Pico and Mayor Tarver felt that the process should <br /> be changed to prevent requests for changes this late in the <br /> approval process. A penalty was suggested. <br /> <br /> Joseph Callahan, Callahan Properties, apologized for this <br /> confusion. He explained that staff had one set of plans and he had <br /> a different set, therefore he was unaware that there were changes <br /> made which had not been approved. He did not believe that this <br /> situation was a reflection of anything wrong with the process, but <br /> an administrative error on his part. <br /> <br /> Robert Cordtz, 262 West Angela, expressed his concerns <br /> regarding the changing of the roof materials. <br /> <br /> The minor modification to the PUD was appealed. <br /> <br /> Item 7d <br /> PUD-89-5-2M, The DeSilva Group/Ahmanson Homes <br /> Application for a minor modification to the approved development <br /> plan for Laguna Oaks to make minor changes to the three house <br /> models for the 90 single-family lots in "Land Unit B" located at <br /> the northwest corner of Bernal Avenue and 1-680. Zoninq for the <br /> property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)- LDR (Low Density <br /> Residential) District. (IR93:30) <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver, Mr. Pico and Ms. Dennis appealed the PUD <br /> modification.
