MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br /> <br /> Jim Dixon, General Manager of Zone 7 made a presentation of <br />how Zone 7 determines its water rates. A chart which outlined the <br />full process of the rating system was given to Council to refer to <br />while Mr. Dixon completed his presentation. <br /> <br /> There was general discussion on Zone 7's budget and financing. <br /> <br />6.
