89 <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Scribner, and seconded by Mr. Pico, that <br />Resolution No. 93-25 be adopted, based on a review of an initial <br />environmental impact study done for this project and on a finding <br />that no significant environmental impact would occur as outlined in <br />the City's guidelines and on further finding that a negative <br />declaration is appropriate in connection with PUD-90-12, David C. <br />Jones. <br /> <br />The roll call vot~ was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Pico, Scribner and Mayor Tarvet <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Mohr <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Scribner, and seconded by Mr. Pico, <br />approving the application of David Jones for Planned Unit <br />Development rezoning and Development Plan approval as filed under <br />Case No. PUD-90-12; but removing the condition regarding the <br />soundwall. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Pico, Scribner <br />NOES: Mayor Tarver <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Mohr <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> Council recessed at 9:00 p.m. for a break. <br /> <br /> Council reconvened at 9:05 p.m. <br /> <br /> Mr. Roush indicatedthat the ordinance needs three affirmative <br />votes to be introduced, therefore, the matter would need to be <br />continued tothe next regular City Council meeting when all four of <br />the Councilmembers attend. <br /> <br />Aareement with Pleasanton Rotary North concernina construction of <br />lower income for-sale units {PUD-92-8) to be located at the <br />southeast come= of P~lomino D=,ve and Concord Street.' Zoninu for <br />the property is PUD {Planned Uni~ DeVelopment) - Hiu~ Density <br />Residential District.
