The motion died <br /> for lack of a second. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Pico that staff be directed to modify the <br /> design to eliminate the tree pop-outs and eliminate the bulb-outs <br /> and replace the bulb-outs with rounded curb and sidewalks similar <br /> to the design at the corner of Division and Main Street. The <br /> motion died for lack of a second. <br /> <br /> Mr. Roush indicated that that particular item was not on the <br /> agenda and it would be more appropriate to direct staff to send out <br /> an addendum to the bid for an alternative. Council can make the <br /> decision on that design criteria at a later date. <br /> <br /> Mr. Tarver wanted to make sure there was no delay in the <br /> process and that everyone was given a fair opportunity to bid on <br /> the same project. <br /> <br /> Ms. Scribner did not want to revisit the issue at all.
