That decision was <br />deferred to a later time. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Scribner to move all the street lights <br />next to the curb with a base design to be selected at a future <br />date. The motion died for lack of a second. <br /> <br /> Mr. Pico pointed out problems with trees and street lights in <br />the 400 block of Main Street. <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift explained that the intent of staff was to move the <br />lights "where necessary" because the extension of the sidewalks <br /> <br />o / 9/93 <br /> <br /> <br />
