There being no further testimony, Mr. Tarver declared the
public hearing closed.

It was moved by Ms. Scribner, and seconded by Ms. Mohr, that
Resolution No. 93-04 be adopted, denying the appeal of AP-92-23
(Z-92-219), Alberto's Cantina,'and approving the application for
design review to install a nine foot diameter, roof-mounted
satellite dish antenna at 435 Main Street.

The roll call vote was as followz:
AYES: Councilmembers Mohr, Pico, Scribner and Mayor Tarver
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None

Item 6d
AP-92-25 Vestinq Tentative Map 6596, Walnut Glen Estates,
~irst/Tonq
Appeal by City Council of the decision of the Planninq Commission
approvinq an application for vestinq tentative tract map to
subdivide an approximately 20-acre site into 40 sinqle-family
residential lots ranginq in size from 14,800 sq. ft. to 57,600 sq.
ft. He explained that 20 units were scheduled for
1993 and 18 in 1994. Two units have already been built therefore,
they do not need growth management approval. The usual growth
management lapsing provisions would apply in this case, should the
units not get built. This project will have two years from the
approval of the tentative map to receive final map approval. The
growth management lapsing period allows a final map to be processed
within two and a half' years from when growth management was
approved. If the final map is not recorded as of that time then
growth management approval will lapse and the applicant will have
to re-applyfor growth management. This project is conditioned to
have only one final map for all of the lots.

1/5/93 5
