211 <br /> <br />Item 6b <br />Report on Status of Main Street Utility Box Covers (SR93:361) <br /> <br /> Mr. Higdon presented the staff report. <br /> <br /> Ms. Mohr and Ms. Scribner questioned the workmanship of the cobblestones already in <br />place. <br /> <br /> Mr. Higdon explained that the company is to return to re-sand and re-level the <br />cobblestones. <br /> <br /> Mr. Pico did not believe the cobblestone lids would look right. He felt that the plain <br />painted lids should be considered. <br /> <br /> Mr. Higdon would be providing samples of a utility box cover with and without the <br />stamped cobblestone pattern for Council review prior to the next Council meeting. <br /> <br /> Council agreed to hold a Special City Council meeting on September 1, 1993 at <br />7:00 p.m. to review the utility box covers sample. <br /> <br />7.
