210 <br /> <br /> Item 14b <br /> Recommendation to amend the Master Fee Resolution 92-100 and related Park Dedication <br /> Ordinance to increase the in-lieu Park Dedication Fee (SR93:294) <br /> <br /> Mr. Beougher presented the staff report. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver did not agree with the appraisal and felt that an additional appraisal was <br /> needed. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Scribner, and seconded by Ms. Mohr, that Ordinance No. 1605 <br /> be introduced, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, approving an <br /> amendment to Ordinance 1370 and Sections 19.44,040 and 19.44,080 of the Pleasanton <br /> Municipal Code regarding in-lieu park dedication fees. <br /> <br /> The roll call vote was as followS: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Dennis, Mohr, Scribner and Mayor Tarver <br /> NOES: Councilmembers Pico <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Scribner, and seconded by Ms. Mohr, that Resolution No. 93-109, <br /> be adopted, to be effective upon the effective date of Ordinance No. 1605, to amend the City's <br /> Master Fee Resolution (92-100) to increase in-lieu park dedication fees as follows: the fair <br /> market value of land for single family, detached units - $1 80,000/acre; all other residential land <br /> uses -$250,000/acre; and the cost of off site improvements - $770 for all residential units. <br /> <br /> The roll call vote was as fOllOws: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Dennis, Mohr, Scribner and Mayor Tarver <br /> NOES: Councilmembers Pico <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Scribner, and seconded by Ms. Molar, to re, evaluate these findings <br /> based on a new appraisal. <br /> <br /> The roll call vote was as folloWa: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Dennis, Mohr, Pie, o, Scribner and Mayor Tarver <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> Wilson Powell presented a folder of information that he asked Council to review. <br /> <br /> 08/17/93 12 <br /> <br /> <br />
