165 <br /> <br /> Mr. Liu pointed out that there are time limits required by staff which were listed in the <br />staff report. <br /> <br /> There being no further testimony, Mr. Tarver declared the public hearing closed. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Mohr, and seconded by Ms. Scribner, that Ordinance No. 1599 <br />be introduced, to be read by rifle only and waiving further reading thereof, approving the <br />application of Tri-Valley Chinese Bible Church for a major modification to an approved Planned <br />Unit Development as filed under Case PUD-80-1-TM. <br /> <br />The roll c.~ll vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Dennis, Mohr, Pieo, Scribner and Mayor Tarvet <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> Council took a break at 9:16 p.m. <br /> <br /> Council reconvened at 9:24 p.m. <br /> <br /> MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br /> <br /> Birdie Bianehi, 4329 Railroad Avenue, spoke about the wall that abuts her property. She <br />complained that the side of the wall that faces her property was unfinished compared to the other <br />side. She also spoke about a light fLxture that is too bright. <br /> <br /> Council directed staff to continue to work with Ms. Bianchi on resolving these issues. <br /> <br /> Gene Finch, 8019 Jorgensen Lane, suggested the City staff research the opportunity for <br />the City to purchase the Ridgeland area facing Pleasanton. He felt that this option should be <br />placed on the ballot. <br /> <br /> Wilson Powell, 4281 Denker Drive, asked for a response to his certified letters mailed <br />to Council regarding the Pleasanton Police Department.
