He questioned Council's <br /> vigor to pursue litigation for "the health and welfare of the City". Money should be spent on <br /> the library, sidewalk repair, or police and fire instead of attorneys fees for litigation. <br /> <br /> Item 7c <br /> Modified Growth Management Program Implementing ResolutiOn and Ordinance <br /> (3R93:430) <br /> <br /> Mr. Roush presented the staff report. <br /> <br /> Ms. Scribner believed that the committee really accomplished something towards working <br /> out how development will occur in the future. She asked how the recent State legislative action <br /> extending tentative maps could be incorporated into Pleasanton's growth management plan. <br /> <br /> Mr. Roush indicated Council could make that policy choice. <br /> <br /> There was discussion on how to accomplish the above. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Scribner either to add to the resolution or to make a separate policy <br /> that the projects affected by the new state law extending tentative maps also be allowed to roll <br /> their growth management approvals forward.
