Caudill, 4715B Augustine Street, spoke about a letter he had received from the <br />City regarding his automobile. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver asked that Mr. Candill meet with the City Manager under the appeal <br />process to further discuss this matter. <br /> <br /> Bruce Fiedler, representing the Pleasanton Gardens, updated Council on his progress in <br />re-roofing the buildings and carports. <br /> <br />Item 12~ <br />Pr~n~tion from Greiner Engineerin~ Re_~ardin~ the Measure B I)ireet Connector Project <br />1-680/I-580 Flyover <br /> <br /> A presentation was made by Al Gallardo, Executive Director of the Alameda County <br />Transportation Authority; Tom Wintch, with Greiner Engineering; and Gene Pollock, CalTrans. <br />Mr. Gallardo requested Council's continued support. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver asked for clarification of the hook ramps. <br /> <br /> Mr. Gallardo described the where the ramps would be located. Tom Wintch pointed out <br />on a map where vehicles could enter and exit the freeway. <br /> <br /> There was general discussion regarding the hook ramps. <br /> <br /> Mr. Gallardo offered to meet with any Councilmember to further discuss this matter. <br /> <br /> Tom Terrill, representing Reynolds and Brown, indicated that this proposal is really a <br />big problem and that further discussion and plans will be needed. <br /> <br />Item 14a <br />UP-93-63.
