Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development} - <br /> Rural/Low Density Residential/A~riculture. and the West Foothill Road Corridor Overlay <br /> ~ (SR93:356) <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift presented the staff report. _ <br /> <br /> In response to Ms. Mohr's concerns, Mr. Swift explained that there are two water tanks <br /> (Presley or Garms) that were designed to serve this site. Staff would be opposed to individual <br /> water tanks for each property. <br /> <br /> Mr. Roush indicated that Presley's final map should be recorded soon. Part of Presley's <br /> public improvements include a water tank. The subdivision agreement will be dated when the <br /> final map records. Presley will have one year for the completion of the public improvements. <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift described and pointed out on a map the public and private roads and the gate <br /> location. The City has paid for the other half of the undergrounding because them is no other <br /> development to the east side of Foothill Road available to participate. <br /> <br /> There was general discussion regarding the roads, rights-of-way and easements. <br /> <br /> Mr. Higdon estimated the cost for undergrounding 2000 feet is approximately $120,000. <br /> <br /> Mr. Tarver declared the public hearing open on the application. <br /> <br /> 09/07/93 10 <br /> <br /> <br />
