The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers- Ayala, Dennis, Michelotti, and Mayor Tarver NOES: None ABSENT: Councilmember Pico ABSTAIN: None It was moved by Mayor Tarver to continue items 6c, AP-99-03(PUD-97-12), New Cities Development Group, and 6d, PUD-99-07, TTK Partnership, to the first items on the August 3 agenda. Ms. Dennis said she would not be at that meeting. Ms. Michelotti suggested a special meeting on August 10th. Mayor Tarver said that was not good for him. He said his intention was to have the staff present the issues and take public testimony and continue the decision until all the concepts of the development agreement are resolved. It is too late to do that tonight. There was discussion about the best date to hold the special meeting. It was moved by Mayor Tarver, seconded by Ms. Ayala, to continue items 6c and 6d to a special meeting on Monday, August 9th. That way Council would find out what the concerns were regarding the TTK and New Cities applications. Staff asked for comments on the items under 4a. Ms. Dennis wanted to include the new school condition. Mayor Tarver wanted clarification of the terms "applicant" and "developer" in relation to studies and fees that have to be paid and an itemization of the $1.7 million. The remainder of the report i s satisfactory to him. Ms. Michelotti wanted the minimum setback to be changed from 25 feet to 30 feet. She wanted a color palette included in the design guidelines.
