The letter included <br />monitoring data from 1960 to 1969 for radiological measurements in sewer effluents and <br />sludge from Pleasanton. Mr. Morrison compared the Livermore and Pleasanton figures and <br />using the Livermore levels which occurred during a known problem, he concluded that <br />there was a problem in the late 60's. He felt there was documentation in Pleasanton's <br />records to substantiate a problem. He asked city staff to review the archives for the sewage <br />treatment plant for data after 1969. <br /> <br />4. PUBLIC HEARINGS AND OTHER MATTERS <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta presented a brief background of the issues and explained the procedure <br />to be followed at the meeting. <br /> <br /> Ms. Ayala inquired how much money had been spent on this so far. <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta replied that it was approximately $1.7 million. <br /> <br />Item 4a ( 1 ) <br />PUD-98-16, City of Pleasanton <br />Application for Planned Unit Development plans approval for a municipal golf <br />course, club house, and a maximum of 34 additional home sites plus three existing <br />residences on 338 acres of land located generally southeast of the Happy Valley/Alisal <br />Road intersection. The property has been pre-zoned PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - GC (Golf Course)~ LDR (Low Density Residential)~ and A/OS <br />(Agriculture/Open Space) District. (SR 99:190) <br /> <br /> Brian Swift presented the staff report. <br /> <br /> Ms. Dennis referred to the condition on the Passport Homes project that no lots <br />could be sold until the school is opened. <br /> <br />Mr. Swift said that condition was for no lots to be sold or buildings constructed. <br />The project was for custom homes, but the condition was written to cover all circumstances. <br />It is unknown at this time whether the PUD before Council is to be custom or production <br />lots. The condition is written to cover either situation. There will be design review at the <br />Planning Commission. <br /> <br /> Ms. Michelotti clarified that there was provision that the Passport Homes condition <br />could be reviewed when the school was under construction and it was relatively certain the <br />school would be constructed by 2000.
