He wanted clarification on those terms. <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift indicated applicant and developer is used interchangeably as the context <br />requires. Sometimes the applicant is the subdivider, sometimes the applicant is the <br />homebuilder; sometimes the developer is the subdivider or homebuilder; it all depends on <br />the context. Staff will clarify that when this comes back to Council. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver said on this staff report, the City of Pleasanton is the applicant and he <br />did not feel the exhibit reflects what the City of Pleasanton is responsible for. She also wanted to know when the fees <br />would be locked in. <br /> <br /> Mr. Lum expected Zone 7 to begin discussions about its fees later this year. No <br />specific number has been identified at this time, so that is not reflected in the estimates <br />before Council. Mr. Lum said the fees are never locked in.
