She also wanted to know when the fees <br />would be locked in. <br /> <br /> Mr. Lum expected Zone 7 to begin discussions about its fees later this year. No <br />specific number has been identified at this time, so that is not reflected in the estimates <br />before Council. Mr. Lum said the fees are never locked in.
