PUD-85-15-10M, Terrance Wolf <br /> Application for a minor modification to PUD-85-15 to permit the construction of <br /> the overheight fence (maximum of eight feet) on the side property line between <br /> 2108 Black Oak Court and 2116 Black Oak Court. Zoning for the property is <br /> PUD (Planned Unit Development) - LDR (Low Density Residential) District. <br /> (IR:99:40) <br /> No action was required or taken on this item. <br /> <br /> Ms. Michelotti asked for a description of the fence in this application. <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift indicated this is a new house and the new fence will be next to <br /> an existing solid fence. The application is for a solid eight-foot fence. The <br /> forward and rear portions of the lot will have open fencing. <br /> <br /> Ms. Michelotti did not like solid fences in this area and objected to <br /> extending it to eight feet.. <br /> <br />g.
