This does not change the ordinance. These are <br /> administrative regulations to implement the ordinance to be used by staff to ascertain compliance. <br /> In order for WalMart or any other seller to be in compliance, their employees will have to go <br /> through this process. Buster McCurtain and Brian Swift will coffer <br /> before the next meeting (6/3/99) and all the scenarios will be presented regarding the students <br /> generated under the current schedule and what the impacts will be. The Committee can then get on <br /> with its report for presentation to the Council and School Board.
