Approve the plans and specifications for Phase I of the Pleasanton Library Renovation, Project No. 988064; review bids received and award the contract for the subject project to Leeds Development Corporation of Orinda, California for a low bid of $587.912.73; authorize the City Manager to execute the contract; appropriate $217,335 from the Facilities Renovation Fund; and authorize the closure of the Library during the month of July and direct staff to notify the public of the closure. Adopt Resolution No. 99-055, authorizing the City Manager to sign a deed quitclaiming to Shea Homes the City's interest in a 35 foot wide access and utility easement to the Tassajara Reservoir and authorize the City Manager to accept a grant of easement from Shea Homes for a 35 foot wide access and utility easement.
