Proclaim the week of May 17 - 21, 1999 as Bike-to-Work Week and May 18, 1999 as <br /> Bike-to-Work Day in the City of Pleasanton and urge all citizens to dust off their bicycles <br /> and join in the efforts to make the community a healthier place in which to live and work. <br /> <br /> c. Commend the Amador Valley High School Percussion Ensemble for its great <br /> accomplishments: being ranked No. 1; winning the Califomia Colorguard Circuit <br /> Championships; being undefeated in the California Colorguard Circuit; and commend the <br /> efforts of the teachers and mentors and applaud the dedication of the young musicians in <br /> contributing to the cultural arts of the City. <br /> <br />d.
