Ms. Michelotti asked about the School District property. She understood that the San <br />Francisco Board of Supervisors approved the proposal, which will now go to Mayor Brown for <br />signature and then the escrow will proceed. <br /> <br /> Ms. Ayala clarified for the public that the Board of Supervisors voted unanimously to <br />approve the sale of the Case Avenue site to the School District. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Dennis, seconded by Mr. Pico, to put an item on a future <br />agenda regarding the City's purchase of the Bernal property. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Ayala, Dennis, Michelotti, and Pico. <br />NOES: None. <br />ABSENT: Mayor Tarver. <br />ABSTAIN: None. <br /> <br /> Ms. Michelotti asked to look at the City's bonding capacity for the LAVWMA project. <br /> <br /> Ms. Ayala requested that the updates from the School Liaison Committee meetings <br />regarding school impact fees be put on the agenda as needed. She said the next scheduled <br />meetings of the Liaison Committee/School District are May 5 at 4:30 p.m., May 10 at 7:30 a.m., <br />and May 17 at 7:30 a.m. <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta indicated that the first meeting was held with BART and Dublin to see if <br />there is a possibility of a public/private partnership to build the west BART station. <br /> <br />8. CITY COUNCIL CALENDAR <br /> <br />9. CLOSED SESSION <br /> <br /> Council adjourned to a closed session at 10:30 p.m. to confer with legal Counsel regarding <br />potential litigation against the County of Alameda concerning the issue as to how many signatures <br />are needed in order to place the Zone 7 issue on the ballot. <br /> <br />10.
