Mayor Tarver understood the circumstances. He said it is disturbing when someone lives <br />or works in the community and cannot get housing. <br /> <br /> Ms. Ayala said there are people who have lived in Pleasanton for twenty years and moved <br />away, and now are trying to get back into the community.
