Item 7b. ~-' <br />Determination of an amortization schedule for reauiring the Interstate Nuclear <br />Service~ facility at 65 Ray Street to obtain a conditional use hermit. (SR 94:286) <br /> <br /> Brian Swift presented the staff report. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver declared the public hearing open. <br /> <br /> Linda Adams, 159 Ray Street, urged Council to take any action to remove this use. <br /> <br /> George Gunter, 1805 Greenwood Road, was in favor of requiring a conditional use <br />permit and urged Council to request the business to limit its hours from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br /> A letter was received from Juanita Bianchi in support of the amortization schedule and <br />is attached to the minutes. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Scribner, seconded by Ms. Mohr, to require the Interstate Nuclear <br />Services facility to apply for a conditional use permit within thirty days. <br />The roll call vote was ~8 follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Dennis, Mohr, Pico, Scribner, and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />8.
