City is charging maximum park fees because its citizens demand a high level of service. Zonint for <br />the property is PUD (Plannin,, Unit Development) - Low Density Residential District <br />(SR94:239) <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift presented the staff report. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver declared the public hearing open on the application. <br /> <br /> Wayne Policz, Vice President of Davidon Homes, briefly described the project and house <br />types. He indicated the recreational area has been enhanced including the addition of a 75 foot, <br />five lane pool. He hoped Council approved the project so the company could proceed. <br /> <br /> There was discussion regarding the garages and siting of house designs on appropriate <br />lots. <br /> <br /> Ms. Mohr questioned the footprint of each house on a lot. <br /> <br /> Mr. Policz indicated the floor area ratio (FAR) could not exceed 33 %, but the actual <br />plans are more like 20%.
