Approve the City Council Minutes for 07/05/94. <br /> <br /> b. Accept the public improvements for Hopyard Road Landscaping, Project No. <br /> 915033, authorize the filing of the Notice of Completion, the final payment in the <br /> amount of $71,995.00 and the release of the ten percent (10%) retention in the <br /> amount of $7,199.50, thirty (30) days after the filing of the Notice of <br /> Completion, to Consolidated Landscape Services, Inc. of Livermore. (SR94:235) <br /> <br /> c. Review the bids and award the contract for resurfacing of various streets, Project <br /> No. 935003, to Granite Construction Company of Watsonville for a low bid of <br /> $510,448. (SR94:236) <br /> <br /> d. Adopt Ordinance No. 1630, an ordinance approving the application of Tony Chan <br /> for a major modification to an approved Planned Unit Development as filed under <br /> Case PUD-82-13-3M. <br /> <br /> e. Accept the 1992-93 Audit of Financial Transactions. (SR94: 157) <br /> <br /> f. Accept the Legislative Update (SR94:240) <br /> <br /> g. Approve the purchase of one structural fire engine and authorize the appropriation <br /> from the Miscellaneous CIP Projects Fund of approximately $249,5 10.84 to cover <br /> the total cost of this vehicle. <br /> <br /> h.
