John Moore, J. Patrick Land, 1357 Courmey Avenue, spoke in support of staff <br /> recommendation and urged Council to take action so that the Requests for Proposals could be <br /> sent out to the consultants. He reminded Council that the work that the Golf Course Committee <br /> had recommended the need for at least two municipal courses in the City. The location that is <br /> being considered at this time was the Committee's first choice.
