John Moore, J. Patrick Land, 1357 Courmey Avenue, spoke in support of staff recommendation and urged Council to take action so that the Requests for Proposals could be sent out to the consultants. He reminded Council that the work that the Golf Course Committee had recommended the need for at least two municipal courses in the City. The location that is being considered at this time was the Committee's first choice. The very soonest that the City could have a golf course ready at this location would be approximately 1997. It was moved by Ms. Scribner, and seconded by Ms. Mohr, that Resolution No. 94-J~ be adopted, declaring the official intent to reimburse expenditures from the proceeds of tax exempt securities. Mayor Tarver asked that staff document the costs to provide the administration for this program. It was moved by Ms. Scribner, and seconded by Ms. Mohr, that Resolution No. 94-80, be adopted, approving policies and guidelines for the use of the Lower-Income Housing Fund.
