SPECIAL AND INFORMATION REPORTS <br /> <br />Item 9a <br />Actions of the Zoning, Administrator and Planning Commi~ion (IR94:42) <br /> <br /> Ms. Scribner appealed UP-94-16/Z-94-52, R&S Law Service. The item will be brought <br />to Council for consideration at its August 2, 1994 regular City Council meeting. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarvet conditionally appealed V-94-08/Z-94-106, Robert Beebe; he did not want <br />to appeal the matter if the concerns of the neighbors were satisfactorily resolved <br /> <br />Item 10c <br /> Golf Course Feasibility Study/Appraisal for the Happy Valley Area (SR94:233) <br /> <br /> Ms. Rossi presented the staff report. <br /> <br /> In response to Ms. Mohr's concern, Ms. Rossi assured Council that the $23 million that <br /> appears in the resolution is only a technicality and that the City has no obligation to follow <br /> through with this obligation. Ms. Rossi stated that many of the details of the agreement have <br /> not been negotiated at this time. <br /> <br /> Ms. Scribner asked if the golf committee reviewed the timeline for repayment. She also <br /> inquired about choosing a site-specific site. <br /> <br /> Mr. Pico asked what impact this has on the General Plan Steering Committee's issues. <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta added that this process is very preliminary in the process. She explained that <br /> there are numerous land use issues involved. This study does not include those that the General <br /> Plan Steering Committee is working on. Staff was hoping that the study and those issues that <br /> the Steering Committee will be studying will be considered at the same time. <br /> <br /> 07/05/94 10 <br /> <br /> <br />
