It was moved by Ms. Scribner, and seconded by Ms. Mohr, that Resolution No. 94-42, be <br />adopted, approving the Second Quarter 1993-94 Financial Report and the Midyear Review. <br /> <br />The r011 Call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Dennis, Mohr, Pico, Scribner and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> Mr. Pico stated that a question was asked at the live call-in meeting on Channel 30 last <br />week regarding the City's funding for street maintenance. He asked that staff give a brief <br />overview of that program. He also asked for clarification on the fees that have been assessed <br />for downtown parking. Mr. Pico added that he has been asked about using the vacant gas <br />station sites for mitigating the parking problem. <br /> <br /> Ms. Rossi replied that the parking fund is only $5,000. She also said that street <br />maintenance is paid by gas tax funds. <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta indicated the City has a iophisticated pavement management system and there <br />has been no reduction in spending on street maintenance. She also stated the City is working <br />with the owners of the gas stations to dean up the sites. <br /> <br />7, PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />Item 7a' <br />Further Review of h-Lieu Park Dedication Fee and Amendments to the Pleasanton <br />Municipal Code.
