He further explained that the consultant is concerned that this be <br /> perceived as a general survey. <br /> <br /> Ms. Mohr believed that the current space used as City Hall is inadequate compared to <br /> the size of the City. Mr. Bocian confirmed that this item was included on the list. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver wanted the survey to focus on City facilities and to include the City's <br /> services levels and the perception of the City's growth. <br /> <br /> Ms. Scribner added that the questions regarding the General Plan should be general not <br /> specific. She then referred to the Code Enforcement section of the survey and asked what the <br /> criteria was for this subject. She commented that what is allowable to one person may not be <br /> acceptable to another. <br /> <br /> Mr. Bocian was not able to give a specific date as to when this survey is expected to be <br /> completed. The consultant indicated that after Council approves the questions, it wi/1 not take <br /> long (approximately 2-3 weeks) to complete. <br /> <br />- No action was required or taken by the Council on this item. <br /> <br /> 04/19/94 11 <br /> <br /> <br />
