It was moved by Mayor Tarver, seconded by Ms. Dennis, that the recently approved <br />projects should be included in the properties owing a park obligation. <br /> <br /> Discussion of the reconsideration ensued. <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift advised that the conditions of approval for the Providian project provided that <br />the park obligation applied to the entire complex. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br />AYES: Councilmembers Dennis, Pieo and Mayor Tarvet <br />NOES: Councilmember Michelotti <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Mohr <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Pico, seconded by Ms. Dennis, to direct staff to complete <br />agreements with each property owner for the manner of payment of this obligation as <br />outlined in Section C(2) of the October 30, 1995, report, and Section H(B) of the December <br />5, 1995, report, and to return these matters to Council for f'mal approval. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br />AYES: Councilmembers Dennis, Michelotti and Pico <br />NOES: Mayor Tarvet <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Mohr <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Item 6b <br />(1) GPA-95-02/PUD-95-06. Action <br /> <br /> (b) for Planned Unit Development rezoning from R-l-20,000 to PUD (Planned Unit <br /> Developmen0 - HDR (High Density Residential) District and development plan approval <br /> for a 97-unit, two-story apartment complex for reduced-income senior citizens located <br /> at 4023-4073 Stanley Boulevard.
