Them should be <br /> a way to have just one place that could issue the permit. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mayor Tarver, and seconded by Ms. Dennis, that Resolution No. 95-146 <br /> be adopted, authorizing the City Manager to sign and submit to the Secretary of the California <br /> Environmental Protection Agency the required Certified Unified Program Agency (CUPA) <br /> application prior to the December 31, 1995 deadline with staff returning to Council with a final <br /> report regarding the recommended implementation plan prior to July 1996. <br /> <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Dennis, Michelotti, Pico and Mayor Tarver <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: Councilmember Mohr <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> Item 6j <br /> Purchase of WHd Land/Str~Ctpr~!
