Ms. Mohr ~ if the request is rejected tonight and Presley wants to proceed with the <br />first phase, would Laurel Creek Drive be put through to Foothill/Stoneridge? <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift stated that in Phase I, Presley does not build the bridge or the portion of the <br />street that goes down to Stoneridge. It only builds the portion of that road that is in Phase I. <br /> <br /> Ms. Mohr asked the status of the water rank. <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift replied that the size of it would get smaller but otherwise it would still need <br />a tank with this project. The pump station is being paid for by Moller with Presley to pay its <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Dennis, and seconded by Mr. Pico, to deny the request of the <br />Presley Companies to extend the date to file a Final Map for Phase H of the Laurel Creek <br />Estates Project. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Dennis, Pico, and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: Councilmember Michelotti and Mohr <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Item 6i <br />partial dl~rlbution of surD_lus funds from Assessment District No. 1982-4 North Pleasanton <br />lml)rovement District No. 1. (SR95:391) <br /> <br /> Randall Lure presented the staff report. <br /> <br /> Mr. Tarver asked if anyone wanted to speak on this matter. <br /> <br /> Tom Terrill, 1200 Concord Avenue, believed that more than adequate funds had been <br />set aside. With the closing of this assessment district, the money falls under Council's control <br />for capital improvements or for whatever it dee. ms necessary to be done. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver asked if the NPID #1 resolution would have the same provisions that the <br />NPID #3 resolution has in terms of the Council' s use of any further funds that might come to <br />the District as rebates or refunds. <br /> <br /> Mr. Roush stated that the only funds that are left will be for the three projects that have <br />been identified and the Prudential funds. <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta stated the funds will be transferred to the Capital Improvement Fund program <br />attached to those three projects. <br /> <br />11/21/95 -21 - <br /> <br /> <br />
