It was moved by Ms. Mohr, seconded by Ms. Michelotti, that Ordinance No. 1666 be <br />adopted, approving the application of New Cities Development Group for rezoning and <br />development plan approval (PUD-95-04). <br /> <br />The r011 tall vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Dennis, Michelotti, Mohr, and Pico <br />NOES: Mayor Tarver <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Item 6c <br />PUD-95-05. C.F. Humphrevs <br />AppliCation for development plan approval to allow the subdivision of the existing 14.65 <br />acre parcel (located at 986 Sycamore Road) into a 1.33 acre parcel with the existing home <br />~nd a 1;~,32 acre remainder parcel. Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - LDR (Low Density Residential) District. (SR95:364) <br /> <br /> Brian Swift presented the staff report. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarvet commented that this is a proposed change to create the potential to sell the <br />remainder of the site for the development. <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift stated that this property was zoned PUD in conjunction with the annexation. <br />The City's ordinances require that a development plan be adopted before a subdivision can take <br />place. <br /> <br /> Mr. Tarvet declared the public hearing open on the application. <br /> <br /> Ron Archer, civil engineer for C. F. Humphrey, concurred with Mr. Swift and the <br />Planning Commission.
