(SR95:231)

Ms. Acosta stated that Mayor Tarver had discussed this earlier this evening and had
mentioned the item would be opened for any input.

Mayor Tarver asked if the funds were earmarked for only certain improvements in the
North Pleasanton Improvement District? There was a list of specific improvements that were
identified and he wanted to know whether the list was inclusive of all improvements that might
be necessary as a result of traffic exceeding levels of service in the Business Park. There is also
a question about other funds that might be coming to the District for traffic impacts and would
that have the same rules applied to it.

Ms. Acosta asked if there was a time frame that the money would remain in place if
there was an opportunity to retain the funds.

Ms. Mohr asked what other projects have been proposed as necessary for the Business
Park and as to those projects, what is the time frame?

Ms. Acosta replied that there are three other projects that have been identified. Other
projects haven't been thought about yet as a result of the Park's being built out. Staff needed
to ask Bond Counsel if it is possible to hold on to the surplus funds and if so, are there any time
restrictions.

Mayor Tarver asked if any one wanted to be heard on this matter. No one responded.

Mayor Tarver continued this item to 8/7/95.

Item 6c
AP-95-07/PUD-95-02, AAAAA Rent-a-Space fKnuppe Family)
Appeal of the decision of the Planning Commission denyinll the anplication for PUD
approval to construct a two-story, 108,000 sq. ft. self-storage facility located at 5700
Pleasant Hill Road.
