FirSt <br />Street and Sunol Boulevard (SR95:201) <br /> <br /> No action taken or required on this item. <br /> <br />Item 6c <br />PUD-95-01, Parviz & H01i Ghorbani - Application for a nlanned unit development rezoning <br />tO PUD (Planned Unit Development.) - HDR (High Density ReSidential) and development <br />plan approval to create two separate lots from an existing 10, 474 sq. ft. lot with two single- <br />family homes located at 194 and 196 Kottinger Drive. Zoning for the property is RM-2500 <br />DiStriCt.
