As a business person, he wonders about the ethics of doing this survey, and feels the survey is an inconvenience and waste of time to the business community. As part of this application, a use classification for the existing, Trader Joe's store and a new design for a trash enclosure in the front parking lot have been considered. (IR 95:23) Brian Swift presented the staff report. Mr. Pico inquired why this item was not considered by the Planning Commission. Mr. Swift advised that staff worked extensively with the neighbors and found no objections to the modification. Also, Country Waffles would like to relocate as soon as possible.
