Approve the City Council Minutes for March 21, 1995. b. Proclaim May 18, 1995 as Centenarian Day in Pleasanton. c. Proclaim the week of April 8 through 14, 1995 as National Telecommunicators -- Week to honor public safety dispatchers. d. Proclaim April as "Month of the Young Child" in Pleasanton. e. Approve Monthly Disbursements and Investments Report for February 1995 and approve claims for the month of February 1995 in the amount of $11,196,853.76. (SR 95: 105) f. Approve the plans and specifications for Project No. 868043, widening of Busch Road at the Operations Service Center; review the bids and award the construction contract to GradeTech, Inc. for a low bid of $101,800; approve the consultant contract with Kleinfelder for a cost not to exceed $5,775 to provide geotechnical construction services for the subject project; authorize the City Manager to enter into the above contracts; and authorize the transfer of $53,917 of Gas Tax funds for this project.
