Proclaim the week of April 8 through 14, 1995 as National Telecommunicators <br />-- Week to honor public safety dispatchers. <br /> <br /> d. Proclaim April as "Month of the Young Child" in Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> e. Approve the plans and specifications for Project No. 868043, widening of Busch <br /> Road at the Operations Service Center; review the bids and award the <br /> construction contract to GradeTech, Inc. for a low bid of $101,800; approve the <br /> consultant contract with Kleinfelder for a cost not to exceed $5,775 to provide <br /> geotechnical construction services for the subject project; authorize the City <br /> Manager to enter into the above contracts; and authorize the transfer of $53,917 <br /> of Gas Tax funds for this project.
