Approve plans, review bids, and award contract for repairs to the Cross-town <br /> Sanitary Sewer Interceptor, Project No. 872066B, to McGuire & Hester of <br /> Oakland for a low bid of $82,282; authorize the City Manager to enter into the <br /> above contract; and authorize the Director of Public Works & Utilities to approve <br /> and execute contract change orders for a contingency amount not to exceed <br /> $15,000 for necessary related work.
