MINUTES <br /> OF <br /> THE <br /> MEETING <br /> OF <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> February 7, 1995 <br /> <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br /> Mayor Ben Tarver called the Regular Meeting of the City Council to order at 7:05 p.m. <br />and Councilmember Tom Pico led the assembly in the pledge of allegiance. <br /> <br />2. ROLL CALL <br /> <br /> City Clerk Peggy L. Ezidro called the roll, which is recorded as follows: <br />Councilmembers present were Rebecca L. Dennis, Sharrell Michelotti, Karin Mohr, Thomas P. <br />Pico, Jr. and Ben Tarvet. Staff members present were: Deborah Acosta, City Manager; Steven <br />Bocian, Assistant City Manager; Michael H. Roush, City Attorney; Brian W. Swift, Director <br />of Planning and Community Development; Randall A. Lum, Director of Public Works; Dolores <br />Bengtson, Director of Parks and Community Service; and George Withers, Fire Chief. <br /> <br /> Priya Venkatesan and Kenny Shanker, who have been selected to the California All-State <br />Honor Band, performed for the assembly. <br /> <br />3. AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> <br /> Item 6c, Status of Golden Eagle Farm Geologic Review, was continued for thirty days <br />to March 7, 1995. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver had questions regarding the spread of costs for the sewer repair described <br />in Item 4d, but did not object to the award of the contract. Ms. Acosta indicated the two items <br />could be separated. The Mayor also requested that. Item 41, Request for water connection and <br />approval of a Preannexation and Water Facilities Agreement for the Oak Manor Project, will <br />be discussed in closed session prior to Council action on the item. <br /> <br />02/07/95 <br /> -1- <br /> <br /> <br />
