It was moved by Mr. Tarver, seconded by Mr. Pico, to adopt Resolution No. 95-12, <br />approving staff recommendations 2, 3, and 4 and allocating $301,782 to the General Fund and <br />setting $100,000 in an undesignated fund with staff to come back with options for youth <br />programs. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Dennis, Michelotti, Pico, and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Mohr <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Pico, seconded by Ms. Dennis, to adopt Resolution No. 95-13, <br />approving the First Quarter Financial Report recommendations and commending the City staff <br />for its cost saving efforts. <br />The r011 call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Dennis, Michelotti, Pico, and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Mohr <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Item 10b <br />Status of Golden Eagle Farm Geologic Review (SR 95:40) <br /> <br /> This item was continued to the meeting of February 7, 1995. <br /> <br />Item 10c <br />Consideration Of Tri-Valley Community Television Corporation request for additional <br />funding for Valley Forum programs (SR 95:23) <br /> <br /> Chris Sherwood presented the staff report. <br /> <br /> There was discussion regarding Livermore's not funding this program. The City <br />Manager indicated she will be contacting the Livermore Manager to see if the City's position <br />will be changed. Council asked for the reasons behind Livermore's position and the City <br />Manager explained what she thought was the reasoning. <br /> <br /> Charlotte Severin, 4513 Mirador Drive, representing TCTV, appeared to answer any <br />questions. She believed the Valley Forum was one of the best public service vehicles and aided <br />in voter education, election coverage, call-in shows, local issues and news, etc. <br /> <br /> Mr. Tarver asked if the City funded Valley Forum in 1993-94. <br /> <br />01/17/95 <br /> - 17- <br /> <br /> <br />
