The City <br />Manager indicated she will be contacting the Livermore Manager to see if the City's position <br />will be changed. Council asked for the reasons behind Livermore's position and the City <br />Manager explained what she thought was the reasoning. <br /> <br /> Charlotte Severin, 4513 Mirador Drive, representing TCTV, appeared to answer any <br />questions. She believed the Valley Forum was one of the best public service vehicles and aided <br />in voter education, election coverage, call-in shows, local issues and news, etc. <br /> <br /> Mr. Tarver asked if the City funded Valley Forum in 1993-94. <br /> <br />01/17/95 <br /> - 17- <br /> <br /> <br />
